missing AdminLp.dll file

I ran my virus program and it found a trojan. Now when I boot up my compter it says I am missing the following file c:\\windows\system\32AdminLp.dll

Can someone help me fix this missing file.

Does your World Of Warcraft program work properly? If not, then this may be associated with that - and you'll have to uninstall/reinstal WoW in order to fix it.
