Hi,

Received a ipod nano for Christmas.

We need to update quicktime, but keep getting the message "The older Version of QT cannot be removed."

Any help on uninstalling the old version of Quicktime would be greatly appreciated.

We have Windows XP

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Hello ,I'm not certain how you did the process. I think a complete remove and replace of both may work.

Completely remove iTunes and QuickTime

Does the Windows version of QT need to be removed in order to update it? Sorry for the stupid question but I use a Mac.
