I'm looking for a software (free if possible) that someone has experience with that converts pdf documents to word .doc documents?

(Moderator edit: thread moved to more appropriate forum. jgw)

Try this awesome online converter:

http://www.zamzar.com

Simply browse for your .pdf, select the format you wish to convert to (in your case .doc) and then enter your email address of where to send the .doc file.

Once you get the file, you can edit it easily (make sure you get permission from the .pdf creator of the file first!).

This program is 100% free and contains no viruses, spyware, adware.

If you have Office 2007, you can install an add-in from Microsoft to convert any Office file to .pdf format. Located here

Good luck.

I believe Zamzar is the only free service that will do this. I have it bookmarked.
