What happens when they type in "explorer.exe" (without the quotes) in the New Task area of Task Manager?
Does the Desktop and Task Bar come back? This post has been edited by usasma: Dec 29 2008, 07:36 PM -------------------- - John
**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it. I have the Knack. ** |

Desktop and taskbar do not return. Says 'explorer.exe' not there (or words to that effect!). Thanks for advice.
