BleepingComputer.com: Keyboard/Mouse stopped working

Hello everyone. I own a Compaq Presario CQ50-110US Notebook Computer and it seems as if the onboard keyboard/mouse have just suddenly stopped working. I have ofcourse tried rebooting and a rollback and it doesn't help. The keyboard and mouse will occasionally work and if I plug a USB Keyboard/mouse in then it all works fine. It's odd how it happened because I didn't really do anything or install anything new to my computer. On a related know around the same time my keyboard/mouse stopped working when I plug my USB keyboard in whenever I press "Caps" button my computer locks up for about 5 seconds, the more I press it the longer it stays locked up, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my other issue but they did start happening at the same time. I haven't spilled anything on my onboard keyboard or dropped it or anything remotely like that. I just came back Christmas night and bam it wasn't working. Thank you for any help in advance!
