10 seconds later another popup comes up that says: PML Driver HPZ12 has stop working.
and then the whole program crashes?

Now, ive never had this problem before? what could be the reason, and how do i fix it?

The most likely reason is a problem with your HP printer software. I would suggest uninstalling all of the HP printer stuff on your system, then testing to see if the error has gone away. If it has, then download a copy from HP (don't use the CD in case it's corrupted) and install that.
