tonight tomorrow...some day soon. I am not telling anyone what the different levels of posts will give you. I wil say that at 1500 posts you can request a custom title from me.

I usually just post another but i just thought about that while i was opening this post(i have dial up and have time to think while pages load) And as the saying goes for us dial up users"I nap between website"! I will do that from now on!

wow...i REALLY opened pandora's box, didn't i? i realize you've already instituted your new naming process, grinler..but with ALL due respect, may i bring back an earlier thought..and make a suggestion? phawg made a mention of being interested in who had read what tutorials..is there any way to document which tut.'s we've logged onto, and make a note on it...and for each of those, get "pts."..like the posts are pts...to be put towards the titles? and then certain titles could NOT be reached, PERIOD, without having read tut.'s...i guess what i'm thinking is a post would be worth..say, 1 pt...and each tut. would be worth 5 pts...i think it would also serve to separate the "knows nothing" from the "knows". oh, well...you had asked for suggestions...then gave us no time to make them!! i guess this must have been something on your mind...and this topic gave it the "push" it needed...lol.
however, your sight is awesome no matter how you title the members, grinler..just keep up the wonderful work, please? i have sent 2 people here so far who were so impressed...and very grateful...and i love the fact that i CAN recommend bc with absolutely no hesitation...and know that i have directed my friends and colleagues to a very safe, ultra capable site. that's worth a LOT. i'm sure everyone has had that experience where you make a recommendation, and either the employees have changed...mgmt has changed.. their goals have changed..or customer service has just gone to hell, and it comes back at you..it's unprofessional, aggravating, and downright embarrassing. keep up the great work, everyone...and know that there ARE those of us who appreciate you immensely. damgud

Thanks a lot
I love your suggestion and is something I will definitely consider, but right now it would be a difficult task reworking the system and I just unfortauntely do not have the time.For now I am going to leave it at the posts structure just because its easier for me right now. In the future when things settle down who knows what could happen

Good job, Grinler!
Titles such as teacher, etc. could very well be misunderstood. Although I have to admit that seeing Teacher by my name would of given me a thrill ( I was on the verge). Lol But Im no teacher by any means.  So it is much better this way. Forum Regular, is ok w/ me!
