BleepingComputer.com: Corel Ulead Photo Impact X3 Program

I recently purchased this program, and installed without incident. However, is it possible/probably that I didn't remove the CD fast enough afterwards? Asking because, each time I boot up my pc a window is coming up to install the program. Here is a printscreen of what I see below. Should I uninstall the program through Add/Remove and then let it continue to install when I boot up my pc again? Do you think that will solve the issue? Thanks so much for your help.
