Hey I'm going to attend college for industrial technology: specialization in networking and mean while in college. Aside form school work I will try to get my CCNA certification. And I was wondering if any of you out there have this certification and how much it has helped you out. How much money (if not too personal) you or they make what kind of job is it. stuff like that  thank for your help !

I would personally like to write this test but it is a lot of work. I believe the CCNA is 3 parts at like $250 or more a test. And you have to pass each test one at a time. But it will make a difference on your paycheque. That is what one of my instructors told our class.

I'm pretty sure!....

CCNA will give you a wide networking knowledge and in addition will teach you how to operate CISCO routers and switches and the CISCO IOS.

It's made of 4 semesters. And it can be done by doing one exam.

It will certainly be helpful if you want to work in the network infrastructure field, ISPs, ....
