Hello. I have Windows XP Home, SP 3 on a Dell with 2 Gigs of RAM. When I use StumbleUpon, it does not take long before the memory usage gets very high (~ 400,000 K or more) slowing the PC response noticeably. Are there any settings I can adjust on my PC to keep the memory usage from going so high ? Thanks

You can adjust your virtual memory settings

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Sorry - but I am a bit confused by the link provided.
On my system, in Virtual Memory Tab, this is shown
Paging file size for selected drive (Custom is highlighted) :
Drive: C:
Space available: 32506 MB
Initial size (MB): 3000
Max size (MB): 4092
The total paging file size for all drives
Min Allowed: 2 MB
Recommended: 3067 MB
Currently Allocated: 3000 MB
The initial size was 2049 (or so), but I increased it to 3000 ... but this made no change to memory usage in Firefox (currently over 400,000 K). Am I doing this wrong ?
