I got a red warning and activated the lock, then closed the internet and shut down my pc. Unable to disable the lock now. What should I do ?

Boot your computer to the desktop. Locate the pc-cillin taskbar icon near the time (usually bottom right corner of the screen). Right click on it, and click the Emergency Lock option to remove the checkmark

That will unlock it

Thanks for the advice.
I ended up having to uninstall and start over again. The program would not respond at all.
