Installing program from cd

Hi, i am tying to reinstall my CA Security Plus i bought at PC Richards but nothing is happening. Did insert the cd , got the msg to allow program to run, clicked allow but nothing at all is happenning. My dvd rw is working fine with other dvds or cds. Also i can not uninstall yahoo msg. i am getting the msg "could not open INSATLLOG FILE"an you please help. Thank you.

Problems are fixed. Can you believe the CA cd has a trojan inside. Norton did the job.

Wait, what does norton list as the Trojan? Is it something like Torjan.Generic? If its anythign else you may have a lawsuit on your hands against the store who sold you the disk.
