Which is the BEST toon boom? Toon Boom

Hello BleepingComputer.com community. I just want to ask a simple question on which Toon Boon Animation software is the best.

By the "best" i mean i want it to have everything in it that the other toon boons offer. Like a toon boon ultimate.

Which looks like Toon Boom Digital Pro, Suggested Retail Price $2999USD

I would hope that Three Thousand Dollar Software is the 'Ultimate' as you say.
