Howdy starsdong. Lets see if we can get a little deeper into the error message. Right click my computer...left click manage... left click event viewer...click on applications see if there are any red or yellow warnings in there. then on systme under event viewer and see if any yellow or red warnings are in there! Let me know what they say! There will be a bunch just tell the first cupople warnings in each

hmm. ok would do me a favor and go to this site and run a test. and paste the results back here! You have to click "after the test" the techexpress button and copy the letters and number. This way I can get deeper into your system as it is saying your ethernet adapter is down.
pcpitstop.com, run the full test |

I have installed the package you give me. But the faulting is still there. Every time it is saying:
xxxxxxx (IE, MMC etc) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. For more information about this error, click here. Then those IE or MMC windows will crash. |

I need to mention, when I finished downloading that file, an error window came out too. Similar as I said before. I don't know if this affects the downloaded file?

At least, I have not installed GoBack manually and I cannot find it in the Programs list.
