Hello Roy Weston and welcome to BC
Could you give a little more info regarding what you have tried so far? Also what is your operating system? How is this problem manifesting itself? -------------------- **** We use our powers for good, not evil **** When the only tool you own is a hammer, every problem begins to resemble a nail. You have to be careful with the removal of Backweb.
HP, Compaq, and some Logitech products use Backweb to update their systems, through the web. It can be possibly used with very nasty intentions if bundled by unscrupulous vendors with their software, but is harmless when it comes with reputable ones. Removing it could cause some .dll errors. Here's some reading on the subject: newbie.org chooseknowledge.com net-integration.net compukiss.com -------------------- I love being married.
It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy, for the rest of your life. |
