BleepingComputer.com: Why is my particular file name absent ?

I find this on occasions that the file name in my properties for files such as,

Background Intelligent Transfer Service

which is BITS, is not listed in the BC Startup List

Am I understanding this correctly, for example, I enter, COM+ Event System, into the Startup List Search, it find one and only one result, this is a variant or worm, but when I google it I get that it belongs in the system ?

Also, I would like to locate the web site where you can submit the file location and it will

determine if this is a safe file, . . it seems I have misplaced it.

Hey, BTW, it would be nice if we could have short messages like this one duplicated on the E-M notification. Where it could detect number of lines in message and whether there is an image or not.

This way if you would have a short note, message, or reply the e-mail notification would carry the short, 3 to 4 lines to the subscriber.
