CD/DVD 12RD error

Hi All. my problem is I cannot get the cd/dvd player to auto start.
I get a message ( Autorunner - 12RD. application not found.)

I looked on google found a few things which did not help, I still have my L plates on computing :thumbsup: .


Pioneer dvd-rw.dvr-111d.
XP pro.Pen4,3GHz.duel core

Hi well I did that and I got the same result auto repair wizard cannot idenity problem" and I still get the 12RD error
i tried pioneer but could not much from them either,

more ideas please.
