I receive this message when my system boots up... It pops up on my desktop.. The title bar of the message is "Freedom". The rest of the message says
"if you do not restart freedom the services youo enabled will not be protected".
I have no program called "freedom" and have no idea where this is coming from.

Are you sure you don't have perchance Telus Freedom Internet Security installed on the system:

Hi there, I take it you're using Virgin Media as your ISP? Their security software, formally known as PC Guard, has been renamed Freedom. I'm having the same problem as yourself and am trying to re-install it at present.
