I am still new to Vista. Over the past day or so, something called "Autopage" keeps popping up. Anyone know what this is? Is it part of Vista or some virus?

Is it listed in Add/Remove Programs?
Found these two items, look familiar? One is a plug-in for Adobe

Sorry for the delayed reply. When I click on autopager (not autopage) I am referred to this site:
http://www.teesoft.info/content/blogcategory/14/49/lang,en/
I don't see autopager or teesoft in my programs list that such that I could uninstall it.

When I click on autopager
Where do you click on this link? On the pop-up?
Are you using Firefox? There's an Autopager add-on

Mozilla Secure Site for Autopager includes above link (in post #3)
looks like your redirect is a legit site, thing is even Mozilla says that that re-direct is "the newer developer" version; I would assume beta or similar.
Is there any pattern to the popups? Is it when surfing or when using a specific program?
yahoo and google searches both run and neither gives any indication of maliciousness in Autopager.
C+P from Mozilla site (link above):
Works with:
Firefox: 1.5 – 3.1b2pre

What is the purpose of autopager? I'm not sure what it does!

It's a legit browser add on (aka BHO) to Mozilla Firefox that supposedly speeds overall browsing and specifically page load times.
With the page you keep getting it looks like you may have the Beta version though. Beta's are typically untested, or not fully tested, pre-release versions of upcomming software. As an "unfinished product" beta's can be a bit buggy.
This is only if you have Mozilla Firefox installed. If you're not useing FF than it may be malware (but not necessarily).

Since I'm using Firefox I can just delte it from the Addons list? Or should I keep it?

You can safely remove it. If there is a a time when you decide you want it, you can always add it back.
