setup

internet

Compaq running MCE with WMP 11 and needed updates for vista to see it on a network.

(wireless)
Asus running Vista ultimate

OK
___

I can see both computers in the network places BUT, i also see two media shares (identically named) from the MCE computer while on the Vista computer (mce is only sharing once). One has all the shared media, the other is empty.

Why?

--EDIT--
I think that maybe while logged in as administrator, i might have enabled sharing in that profile (duh that would cause it wouldn't it?) give me 20-40 minutes to check this. I'll post back with more info.

No need to close it. As it lays idle, it'll drift down to the bottom of the list.
Sometimes a new member will post to the thread after doing a search - and a mod will just split it out to a new topic.
