Ok,first this reads like gobbledy gook to me and secondly I don't have the cd as I had to have my comp, reformatted and the shop used their own disk instead of waiting while I found mine.Sorry this is soooo long but, I don't know how else to explain,I'm running XP home edition. Hope someone can help.Please. |

Go to the website of the printer manufacture and download all the most recent drivers for your model of printer. See if it will then install properly.
