System Restore: I used to have a box that opened with a suggested restore point, and then below an option to choose a different restore point. When I clicked on that a page opened with my restore points, and also a box to show restore points older than 5 days.

Now the box that opens for system restore no longer shows a suggested restore point with that option to choose a different restore point. The only option on the page is to click Next. When I do that it takes me to a page with restore points but the option to show restore points older than 5 days is also gone.

Shadow copy information for C shows 6.936 GB used -- Allocated 8.079 GB -- Maximum 30 GB. I have 288 GB of free disk space on drive C.

For D it shows 216.109 MB used -- 499.266 MB allocated -- Maximum 1.5 GB. Drive D has 9.99 GB of free space.

I have checked to show hidden files and folders as some said that would solve it, but it didn't for me.

I'm a dummy. Does anyone know why the appearance of my system restore has changed like this. Please HELP!

Thank you.
