Port not open?

Basiacally when im using uTorrent my downloads are extremly slow because it says my port isnt open? :huh:

Can you spread any light on how to sort this? Ive thread hundreds of guides but still no luck?

this may help you.

If you have a router, choose "port forwarding > guides by router" if you use a firewall, choose "firewalling" if you use both... choose both.
