Trying to install music to my ipod classic

:thumbsup: Hi my name is Emely and i'm new to all this....i received an ipod classic and i was trying to upload music on it and i'm having problems. I have a hewlett packard labtop and i read the instructions on the ipod to go to apple/ipod/start to download version 8.0. but when i got to the website and try to download the internet crashes on me all the time it gives me a message that internet explorer is shutting down and for me to clink on the link to repair and restart the program but when i do the internet shows up again and i try and try again but nothing and i'm getting really frustrated.....i have been getting getting so frustrated that i feel like throwing my labtop out of the window..........i know that is kinda selffish but i have a temper.......a relaly bad one. my man recommended me to this site and i was skeptical at first but i'm trying now.....can someone help me so i can enjoy the gift my man gave me?????? Try copying and pasting that into Internet Explorer, it should begin downloading, it's a direct link for iTunes 8.

If CarbonXs suggestion doesn't work for you. Use Firefox.
