BleepingComputer.com: SQL and MS Access database

I have a program that backs onto a Micro$oft Acce$$ database, in this database it stores the team name with what time, court, sport (soccer, cricket or netball) and who they are playing against, on my website i have one page for each of the teams, i am wanting to make some sort of link between them so instead of manually putting the draws up onto the website, my website looks into the database and pulls what it needs out of it.

Firstly, is this possible, and secondly how hard is it?

The webserver isn't mine and it's running mySQL, apache, and an FTP server. (no idea what OS or anything else is sorry)

I could however pull the website from where it is if needed, and place it on my webserver (Server 2003 running xampp, but thinking of chagine back to XP (running xampp) as server has compatability issues)
