I'm new to these forums, found this site from another forum.

I'm trying to identify three items in my startup list shown in my system configuration.

1. Language A... of unknown manufacturer
2. SSBkgdUpdate with Nuance Comm... under the manufacturer
3. ISUSPM Star... of unknown manufacturer

I'm just starting to get to grips with having some control over start up programs and have managed to disable a few which has improved my start up time. I just don't want to touch anyting I'm not sure about.

Dont have any info on Language A.

SSBkgdUpdate :

ISUSPM :

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/i...&act=search

These are all in the startup database. Just search for your entries there.

Thanks for the help.

By using your links I have now identified and safely disabled these apart from Language A which I think I'll just leave alone.
