I also use SUPERAntispyware in the 3rd section. I had to put Avira in as a vote in the 2nd. I use no suites but it required a vote to finish.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?

I use ESET NOD32 for AV, ZoneAlarm security suite with the AV component turned off, Spybot S&D with teatimer, spywareblaster, and MalwareBytes AntiMalware.
If I suspect an infection, I also use SuperAntiSpyware, and online virusscanners such as TrendMicro Housecall.
Paranoid is my second name ;-)
