BleepingComputer.com: WinAntiSpyware Drive Cleaner

This site helped me so much, I'd like to pass it forward. The one item I stumbled on accidentally after removing everything else I could, actually removed the task bar icon for this nasty bug. It was the only thing left but was still running! Look for a file called ut.exe and delete it. It is an upsell tool that seems to reinstall the bug after all else is removed. Follow all the posted removal steps for drive cleaner, then go after the upsell tool. Hope this helps someone!
