OK here is my question: how do you make it so a web page will re-direct all of the visitors to a different page. An example is how a website says that it will re-direct you to a different website in 5 seconds (then it counts down).

To redirect users, you can put
CODE
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="5;url=http://www.domain.com/page.html">

in the <head> section but the w3c recommends using a different method.
