Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Hijack This Log PC Freezes after a time, can't figure out why.

First off I want to thank the people who take the time to respond to everyone's questions regarding their sick computers. The occasional times I need help ferreting a problem out, it generally isn't a simple solution, but the internet is always here with those that are willing to help.

I'll give you the back story, I just rebuilt my PC (hardware + reformat w/XP-32bit SP3) with some hardware donated from family, P4-3.20E/800MHz FSB in an MSI 875P Neo-FISR with 2G RAM. I have 2 video cards on it, both ATI, I've got some pretty big spreadsheets in school to mess with so it's nice to drag them across 3 displays, that and 19" Trinitrons are $5 at the University Surplus Sales... :thumbsup: My PC locks up once a day and I'm starting my troubleshooting by looking for a bug, here is my log:

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

Please do not pm for help, post it in the forums instead.
