Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

I have Trend Micro Internet Security 2009, and it detected nothing. I have run, as suggested, Ad-Aware (three times) and Spybot. Panda Anti Virus insisted that I uninstall Trend Micro, which I did not do; instead, I cancelled Panda. Bit Defender ran, but as far as I can tell , did not save a file; it also restarted my computer. I then ran MCAfee Cleaner. I then ensured that Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 Firewall is turned on. Windows Update detected nohing needing updating. I then ran HijackThis; the log is below. still need help. we will get another download to run on your computer. please post the log after the scan (which can take sometime)is finished. link and directions: Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop: http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. * Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. * Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan. * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.
