To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Earlier this week, I realised that myy antivirus had shut itself down. So naturally I got it back up again and after ages of downloading programs and scanning, I think I have finally gotten rid of the viruses and spyware that found itself in whilst it was down for a month or so!

So what I am asking you fine people is how do I know if my computer is 100 percent clean or not?

Thanking you in advance,
bobadob633

Most people will tell you that there is NO way to be 100% sure when things can hide themselves from the operating system completely. Show hidden files? Check. Oh, there are SUPER hidden files? Thanks M$! That's awesome!
Your video driver could be hooked, your system could have any number of new rootkits, maybe there's a rootkit that made it to the bios or a hidden track on the hard drive - the service track for instance or maybe I'm just talking through my hat.
Unplug it and bury it in a concrete vault and there's an FBI agent out there who says he still can't guarantee that it is secure. Nice world we live in eh?

What steps/programs did you use to disinfect your system? How is it running now?
