So I'm not exactly that familiar with the little things in Excel as I don't use it that much. However, does anyone know of the 3-D Renderer in Excel or whatever the heck it is???
My friend at the college I go to found this and was looking into it. It is a legitimate file that he downloaded from what I can gather. As far as I can tell, there isn't any modifications to Excel at all (except for changing the...debugger or something...I'll ask him what he needed to change for it to work when I get the chance tomorrow). After that, it's just an Excel sheet. I don't have it, so I can't really tinker with it (not that I want to THAT badly as I'm not a programmer with a curiosity on how something works usually.....or something like that....)
All I can tell is that with the current setup that it can render out a 3-D box and animate it to rotate constantly on random axises (or whatever is plural for axis...(the X, Y, and Z axis I mean)).
What I find a bit strange is that maybe 1 or 2 people have heard of this before. After that, none of us have heard of this thing (which includes my teachers...or at least the ones we've talked to so far...).
Has anyone heard of this? If you need more detail, I'll do my best to give more when I can (should be somewhere like tomorrow when I have the time to ask him, but I don't know how much of it I can translate or hold to memory...).
Sorry for any vague descriptions.....
