Has anyone tried to use this? Or better yet understand it's purpose. My friend has one and it's like difficult to useless.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?

I am not sure what you are referring to. What do you mean by free dos?

I'll try to figiure a better explanation and post it. But it is or now was an OS put out by Dell on thier OPTIPLEX systems. We've joked that it was created to torment people as it's only dependable funtion is to crash. Even dell can't fix it and offered him a new HD withXP loaded for free. Even after a total reformat it retaines a fewMB of info that restricts installations. Perhaps this link will help you understand.

Looks useless to me too...did he choose not get to get windows on it and instead got this freedos thing? I would just get rid of it as it does not seem to offer anything.
