Hi

I send small No's of marketing emails using my outlook account, i use images (jpg) as well as text boxes. they are usally around 200kb so not that big..

I find that when they arrive to a fellow outlook acount all is well, but when they are sent to a web based acount (hotmail /yahoo /gmail) they arive all over the plase the images and text in varios positions...

I have tried using Publisher and sending them via its email function but the same problem occors..

Any help would be great...

Your target audience is such a big and unstable set of variables that (in the same circs) I've settled for attaching a document laid out just right. For the vast majority, that could be in WORD or a .pdf, but Publisher is a severe pain with all its compatibility gaps.

Marketing attachments are NOT attractive on an email, so I look for ways to create mystery and challenge in the main intro message, so the receiver WILL (most times) donate me the extra click.

Sure hope this helps.
