SAS PRO 64 bit vista compatability

I'm considering SAS Pro (The Freeware version is one of my favorite antispy programs)for real time protection, but have heard there is a driver compatability issue. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thoughts on if the $20 is worth the upgrade for realtime protection?
