Tripod.com; are they overloaded Can't publish my Front Page 2003 web

I have a website with about 10 pages and several hundred files. Publishing has been nearly impossible since last night. It worked fine a couple of months ago and I've changed nothing about FP, just updated the website content. Sometimes it acts like my remote site dosen't even exist, though FP does list all the remote files. And other times it will upload a few before it quits. Does that sound like anything on my side, or might they just be overloaded? I can't find a forum anywhere for Tripod users.
