On a forum that I mod at, there's a tech section, where I'm one of the more active users in there. For the most part, when people have infection issues, it's pretty easy to say, "Run MBAM, remove everything it finds," and other easy fixes like that.

But how would I learn to help people more in depth-like with infections, and reading Hijackthis logs, etc.?

It's a case of first come first served. When the slots open be there with an application.

Why is the word abbreviation so long?
