Compressing Windows Vista?

What would be the best and most efficient way of sending windows vista through e-mail or maybe a file share website, if at all possible?

The entire OS? I would imagine not, at least through e-mail. Microsoft distributes the OS online, in a single file I think, you may be able to use that. If you're a higher education student and your university is part of the MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA), you could download an ISO of it there. Both do require a valid product key to work, but you should already have one.
