hi everyone

I have this problem that has been bugging me for quite a while.
The problem is that when i go into one of my folders ( the one which has my movies in) and i double click on any file in the folder this error message comes up and explorer closes. This problem seems to mainly occur from double clicking on a file in this specific folder. Here is the error message:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have scanned the computer with just about every free antivirus and spyware/malware software that i can find and no matter what viruses or whatever i think might be the cause of this problem is removed it doesn't go away.

Any help at all will be much appreciated!
Thanks
