hi i am new i tried downloading aim 6.8 i have windows xp messed up my whole computer i then unistalled, i dont understand why they changed it,then tried to install 6.0 again and all that i get is some smiley program is anyone else having this problem

Could you be more clear with your problem? After you installed AIM your XP messed up until you uninstalled it? Using punctuation would help us better understand your problem.
