Hi, Im Liam, and im 14.

My christmas present was a laptop, not a great one, but not a crap one.

It has 2GB RAM, but a poor processor. Every 5 secons it freezes!!!! It gets really annoying!!

I know its not a hardware problem, because it doesent do it in safe mode, so i think its something in the process...

I have teamviewer

Youtube Link: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=EnWbMZTSRZM

Please help, and even though im only 14, treat me like you would any other person

Have you gone into MSCONFIG and tried shutting down some startup programs to see?
If yo have enough time look into your event viewer. Look under applications and system for the time it locks up, this may point us in a direction or an error code

it would be more important to look into your event viewer! See sreenshot below. Look under applications and system. See if there are any red or yellow marks in there.

Edi: Try re-enabling everything in msconfig to see if that helps

Premium it does not seem to be a virus!

I know it is not a virus. Was just letting Premium know it was not (he had a virus scanner attached)

Can you even get into windows? If so tried SpeedFan.Lets see if it is heat related.
Also go into your BIOS and set to "safe Defaults" press F10 and reboot.
