Well you haven't told us your system spec. The highest version Adobe Flash Player on Win9x is Flash Player 9.0.124.0 (IE) if your using IE or Flash Player 9.0.124.0 (Non-IE) for non-IE.

It says that Flash Player 10.0.12.36 is suitable for all Windows versions but its not. I downloaded it and tried to install Flash Player 10.0.12.36 but it says wrong operating system.

Just have a look in you Windows\System\Macromed\Flash folder and return a list of all *.ocx files in there. There will give us an idea of what version you have installed.

I am also having problems with my Flashplayer. I have Windows XP though. It seems that the past couple of times I did a Windows update, it messed up the Flashplayer. It happened about a month ago. I managed to get it working somehow, but don't remember how. I do remember adjusting some settings, but I don't remember where or what. I do have my Java scripting enabled. The thing is that it works on some sites, but not on others. I've added my trusted sites to make sure they are on the list. It's very aggrivating. I do have the latest version. Should I uninstall it and download an older version, or will that not work? Frustrated!! :flowers:

Well with WinXP you can use Flash Player 10.0.12.36 (IE). Which I think is the latest update.

Thank you. I went here yesterday and followed the directions. And it worked! It took me a long time, after doing tons of Google searches. Makes me not want to do anymore Windows updates. I don't know if that was the cause of the problems or not. But I noticed it happened after I did the updates.
