Hey BC,
So, on our home network, we can check e-mails, visit PayPal, and check banking information. However, casual browsing is not working. We have reset the winsock several times with the command:
netsh winsock reset

and still, no connectivity.
Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked your host file?

What browser are you using? What version?
Have you tried lowering security settings for your browser temporarily?

The problem seems to vanish and return periodically.
It's wacky.

Anyways, the HOSTS file looks fine. The problem is browser independent (is present in both Firefox and IE).
