I would probably have to say that my favorite movies are:

Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind
The Matrix
Heartbreak Kid
Dr. Horrible
Back to the Future I II, III
The Truman Show

--to name a few.

As far as TV shows go
PAST:
Boy Meets World
Degrassi
X-Files

CURRENT:
House
Cold Case
Without a Trace
Numb3rs

I like more movies I just can't think of anymore off the top of my head right now.

My favorite movie has to be "Schindler's List".I will never forget that Friday evening for as long as I live. I came home from work after a long week of handling 100 pound boxes of cheap costume jewlery (wondering and cursing about all those fools who actually wanted this junk). The last thing that I wanted was to go anywhere. My sister had other ideas, however.
"Do you want to go see a movie with us?" she asked me as I settled in to have dinner.

"What movie? I had a hard day at work!" I whined.
"Schindler's List. It is the story of a German war profiteer who saved a lot of Jews from the gas chambers. It is directed by Steven Spielberg."
"Who's Steven Spielberg?", I asked. It was a point of pride with me that I ignored whatever was going on in Hollywood.

"He is the one who directed E.T."
"Oh, him", I feigned . Between checking the T.V. Listings and finding them wanting and my sister's continued harping on the subject I relented.

I should have known from the start that this was no ordinary movie. When we arrived at the multiplex and went inside our particular theater I was surprised that it was packed. That was a first for me. Our group had to split up to find seats. I managed to find a seat next to an elderly and frail lady who eyed me with some trepidation as I squeezed my bulk next to her.

Well it wasn't more than 45 minutes or so that I was reduced to a 250 pound mass of quivering tears. The elderly lady next to me was kind enough to share her tissues with me. What really hammered home the lessons of that night was when the movie was over and the credits were rolling no one, myself included, had the strength to get up and leave. You were in a theater with about 300 other crying and sobbing humans who just witnessed an incredible story. It was that shared experience that was unique to me and one that I will always treasure.

To err is Human; To blame it on someone else is even more Human.

Anything with Arnold Schwarzenegger in it.
Love his current role as playing the governor of California, lots of drama there.
As for T.V. besides the learning channels like History and Discovery, I'm hooked on reruns of Macholm in the Middle and the George Lopez Show, I'm in love with Angie.
