You know that saying, 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'? Well I should have followed my advice. Long story short, I bought a new HD yesterday and installed Windows XP. Problem is the drivers. I've officially raised the white flag up the totem pole, as I've tried everything to install new drivers and it just won't work (I'm just not that technically inclined). I've officially given up.

I doubt the computer store takes refunds as it says '..will not accept any returns or exchanges on all printer cartridges, toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), opened software, headsets and cables'.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do with this HD and maybe get back some of the money I spent? (about $50.00). Thanks - T

How big is it and what type (PATA/SATA)?

Are you willing to pay shipping to anyone you can sell it to?

$50 for a small PATA hard drive...makes little sense these days, IMO.

Have you heard of...eBay?
