Just recently I have have major issues with IE7: I get many errors messages "Internet explorer cannot display web page" At times partial page loads and the Iframes have dns errors and display with the same messages. I also cannot get into one of my online banking sites. And many sites display lilke this.

I have verified 128-bit encryption, deleted temp files, configured security settings for trusted sites, cleared SSL state and auto complete hx, configured SSl 2.0 and 3.0, verified time and date, gone through all of microsofts kb bulletins and fixes with the exception of re-installing/repairing xp, checked my host files for infection/corruption, flushed my dns, scanned for nasties with Malewarebytes, Bitdefinder, AVG, Kapersky, Trendmicro housecall, Windows Live Care and Lavasoft.
I am now wondering if some of my winsock files are corrupt, I am not sure how many entries there should be or if some other problem exists. I even tried upgrading to IE8 but it did not help. This did not start untl I started the ATT dsl service.
Any advice??
Thanx,
Theresa
