Hi kingmirin and welcome to BC
Go back into the bios and look for "Restore Bios Defaults". That should allow you to boot. If its an older computer your Ram speed would be 100Mhz or 133 for SDRam. Edo would be 66Mhz? If neccessary put the old ram back in for now. Post back with some additional info on the computer and we'll see if we can sort it out. When you are in the bios see what type it is and we can get you the beep codes.
