I recently updated from Windows the SP3 update, The first thing that happened was I received Firewall pop up messages, and am not really sure what they mean so I denied most or all of them.

There are some that have occurred before dial-up and some that occurred after.

The browser is not able to find the address and I have Page Load Errors.

Warning: Error in parsing value for property 'filter'. Declaration dropped.

If you know the resolution, I will very much appreciate it.

Before this started, after the SP3 UpDate and after I thought the PC was working well and free,
this morning I created a new restore point.
