I am having problems downloading the product manual for a Samsung TV. When I try to download a box comes up that says: Could Not find Acrobat External Window Handler. I have Windows Vista ome Basic Service Pack 1. Processor is Intel Celeron D CPU 3.33 GHZ, 32 bit OS. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. I went to the Acrobat website and thought I downloaded Adobe Reader. Perhaps a step by step process of what to do. Thank you very much. Lisa
